Residential Property Finance
Getting a bond can be an intimidating process. At Just Finance we know this - which is why we'll help you through it step by step. A complete home loan application process, that includes collating all the information required by the banks, doing the necessary credit checks, calculating your maximum loan, and facilitating the whole loan process.

We take service seriously, and that is why your Just Finance home loan consultant will travel the journey with you from the beginning, right to the end. Our experienced, consultant will guide you through the maze of home loan variations available to you, taking care to explain in plain language so that you can make an informed decision about your choice of home loan product and provider. We can assist you before you sign any offer to purchase, allowing you to be in control of your price range, in fact, we recommend you do just that!

Bond Registration Process
There are a number of things that happen at the attorney's office, so here is a brief overview.
  • Your documentation needs to comply with FICA (The Financial Intelligence Centre Act), meaning that your identity and residential address details need to be verified.
  • Your file is prepared upon instruction from the Bank.
  • There are two sets of attorneys involved in most transactions. The seller appoints the transferring attorney and the buyer appoints the Bond Registration attorney.
  • Once all the documentation is ready for the transfer of property, cancellation of the seller’s bond and registration of your bond, the documents can be submitted to the deeds office, where the title deed is updated and the changes recorded. You have then become the official owner of the property.
