The doors of a brand new Just Property franchise have opened in Newcastle!
Owner and principal agent Angelique Hughes said that although there are many estate agencies and letting companies in Newcastle she and her staff of five are confident their newly renovated premises at 83 Victoria Road, Hutten Heights will be successful.
“We have been operating in Newcastle for ten years and are familiar with the market. Because of my passion for the field I’m in, I purchased the real estate agency where I worked for eight years,” Says Angelique Hughes.
“We are extremely successful and have grown tremendously over the past two & a half years. In 2011 we were voted Newcastle’s agency of choice.”
“Always wanting to broaden my horizons, I decided to buy the Just Property Group franchise because they are the top national letting property group and the best will only be happy with the best. We will focus on residential and commercial property sales.”
Hughes chose the Just Property group after a lot of research.
She continues, “we believe it is the top rental franchise in South Africa.”
Rentals are extremely busy both residential and commercial as there seems to be an influx of people coming in from out of town.
Hughes was born and educated in Newcastle. She met her husband and they married in Newcastle where they continue to live with their three sons.
