With uranium mines opening and expanding in Namibia, Hendry Kinnear is taking advantage of a demand for residential and commercial property by opening a Just Property Group franchise servicing Swakopmund, Walvis Bay and Henties Bay.

The brand new office will serve the coastal area offering residential and commercial sales as well as rentals and holiday accommodation. In time, a satellite office will open in Walvis Bay.
Hendry Kinnear has 20 years’ experience in corporate property management and moved over to the real estate industry working at Just Property Group in Windhoek two years ago.

The offices opened on 20 July 2012 in Smith Street, Unit 25B at Apex Park in Swakopmund and will be the 2nd franchise in Namibia - Windhoek being the first.
